We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to join our team. The successful candidate will plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of learners with SEND. You will work with small groups or one-to-one, fostering positive relationships, promoting engagement, and creating purposeful, supportive learning environments.
Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects, including life skills
-
Differentiating learning to meet individual needs and abilities
-
Monitoring and tracking learner progress, reporting outcomes to the Senior Management Team
-
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support learner development
-
Supporting learners to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally
-
Maintaining accurate learner records and portfolios
