With 18 years of dedicated experience in the education sector, my career has been defined by a deep commitment to transforming outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Having served in senior leadership roles including Head of School, Executive Headteacher, and now Educational COO, I leverage a comprehensive operational and strategic perspective to drive high-quality provision across our schools.
In my current role, I focus on overarching company strategy to ensure that the quality of education delivered across the group remains at the absolute highest standard. I am passionate about giving every child the best possible foundation in education, empowering them to overcome personal barriers, discover a genuine love of learning, and build fulfilling futures. Over nearly two decades, I have refined my expertise as a system leader, consistently driving successful outcomes for staff, students, and the wider organisation.
I work closely alongside our Senior & Executive Leaders to celebrate institutional strengths, identify targeted areas for growth, and embed robust school improvement frameworks. Through active mentoring, modeling best practice, and fostering a culture of continuous development, I share a clear vision for an organisation that places educational excellence, pupil wellbeing, and SEN expertise at the forefront of everything it does.
